RENTAL VEHICLE EXCESS

You can be covered for NZ$1,000 for any excess you may be required pay for loss or damage to your rental vehicle, as long as:
 

• the loss or damage occurred outside New Zealand;
• the rental vehicle was rented from a licensed rental vehicle agency;
• you purchased comprehensive motor insurance against loss or damage as part of the hiring arrangement;
• you complied with all the requirements of the rental vehicle company's insurer.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL VEHICLE EXCESS

For a further premium, you can increase your standard Rental Vehicle excess cover (above) from NZ$1,000 to NZ$4,000.
